Abouzaid Taher Law Firm & Arbitration (the "Firm") is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients and of visitors to its website and app, in accordance with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and the professional secrecy required of lawyers.

Data we collect

• Website visitors: only what you enter in the contact form (name, mobile number, email, details of your matter).
• Clients: name and the mobile number used to sign in, plus case, hearing and document information added by the Firm's team.
• The app shows no ads and does not track your location.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiries and provide legal services.
• To let you follow your cases, hearings and documents.
• We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except as required by law or to represent you before courts and authorities.

Storage and security

Data is stored on Google Firebase with encryption. Each client can only access their own cases, and only authorised lawyers and staff of the Firm can access client data.

Your rights

You may ask to access or correct your data, or to delete your account, at any time by contacting the Firm. Some documents may be retained for the period required by the laws governing the legal profession.
